Arnold MtoA shading nodes in KtoA

While ktoa arnold shading nodes are sufficient, you might (like me) miss some of the maya shading network nodes you have in mtoa.
Miss them no more!

Download mtoa and ktoa with a matching Arnold Core version, move the mtoa_shaders.dll into a folder of your choice
And add this environment variable pointing to that folder

ARNOLD_PLUGIN_PATH=/path/to/my/mtoa/shaders
